📩 Overview of Notifications from Archlet
During a sourcing event, Archlet will automatically send you certain emails to keep you informed and on track. Here’s what to expect:

You can read each message in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese or Russian. Simply click on the link at the top of the email:
Event invite email
If a sourcing manager invites you to a sourcing event, you will be automatically sent an email to inform you and to give you access to the event in Archlet.
Reminder (72 hours before deadline)
One reminder is automatically sent to all invited suppliers, 72 hours ahead of the event deadline. This reminder is sent irrespective of having submitted bids or answers to all. You can still edit your submission and resubmit a newer version if required.
Successful submission confirmation (when submitting the bid sheet)
You will see that your bid sheet has been successfully submitted and transmitted to the sourcing manager directly in Archlet. However, we also send the automatic submission confirmation below.
Invite to additional round
When supplier contacts have already been invited to a previous (first) round, the launch of a new (second) round where they are still invited, will trigger a new invite email.
Feedback on Data Quality or Competitiveness
You might also receive Feedback on your bid sheet from the sourcing manager.

Messages from Sourcing Managers
When a sourcing managers sends a message to notify one or more supplier contacts of a change in the project or any other announcement, they are free to choose the language of the message text.
The email suppliers will receive could look like the following:
