Updated over a month ago

What is the Documents section for?

The Documents section becomes visible when you open the project you’ve been invited to and scroll down in the Project Overview. Here, you can:

  • 📥 Download documents shared by the sourcing organization

  • 📤 Upload your own documents that are not part of the Questionnaire or Bid Sheet

⚠️ Upload your bids in the Bid Sheet section and any files requested in the Questionnaire section— not in the Documents section.

📥 Download Documents

You can download all documents shared by the sourcing organization at once by clicking “Download all” next to their name, or download individual files as needed.

⚠️ Make sure downloads are enabled in your browser. If the file doesn't appear, check your browser settings or contact your internal IT administrator

📤 How to upload files

  1. Click the Upload documents button in the Documents section.

2. A blue upload field will appear. You can:

  • Drag and drop your file into the blue field

  • Or click the text inside the blue field to select a file from your computer.

⚠️ Do not upload your bids in the Documents section. Use the Bid Sheet section instead.

3. Once your file is uploaded, it will appear with a green background and a checkmark. This means the upload was successful. No further steps or clicks are needed.

✅ Accepted file types

You can upload:

  • Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx)

  • PDF, JPEG, PNG, ZIP

❌ Older formats like .xls and .doc are not supported for security reasons—please convert them before uploading.

  • Each file can be up to 2GB

If needed, compress files or convert them to modern formats (e.g. .docx or PDF).
