Use the Documents space to store private files for your team (not visible to suppliers), like NDAs, specs, or notes.
🔒 Internal only: Anything you add to the Documents space stays within your buyer team. Nothing here is visible or shared with suppliers.
When would you use the internal Documents space?
The Documents space is ideal for keeping your sourcing team aligned on internal materials throughout the project, for example:
• Storing signed NDAs or other legal agreements
• Keeping internal specifications or requirement documents in one place
• Sharing background research, approval notes, or evaluation criteria with your team
• Maintaining a private record of project-related files separate from supplier-facing content
Where to find the Documents space
You can access the Documents space from the Documents section in the left-hand navigation menu inside your RFx project.
Add a document or folder
Open your RFx project → go to Documents.
Click New (top-right).
Choose:
• Upload file
• New folder
💡 Tip: Use folders to keep your project documents organized - for example, a folder for legal documents, another for technical specifications, and another for internal notes.
Find documents
Use the search bar to locate files by name.
Manage documents
Click the ⋮ (three dots) menu next to any item to:
• Rename
• Move to folder
• Download
• Delete (permanent)
⚠️ Important: Deleting a document or folder is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need a file before removing it.
