Whitelisting the Archlet Domain

Ensure that you and your suppliers receive all email notifications

Updated over a week ago

Email invites or any notifications for sourcing events might be quarantined or end up in your spam or junk folder due to email rules, firewalls or filters.

Your organization could also have a filter that blocks any emails from non-approved domains. To make sure you (and your suppliers) receive sourcing event notifications and other Archlet emails, add the Archlet domain to your email account's whitelist.

The process of whitelisting a domain can vary depending on your email software and you might need to reach out to your administrator (see example email below).

Whitelisting the Archlet domain in Outlook

Sign in to the Outlook Web App and follow the steps illustrated below:

  1. Find the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right corner of the page

  2. Click View all Outlook settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, choose the option Junk email in the section Mail.

  4. In the Safe senders and domains section, click on Add and type in archlet.ch & app.archlet.io

  5. Hit Enter and then click on Save.

  6. Archlet is now listed under Safe sender and domains

  7. Repeat the process with the email domain archlet.intercom-mail.eu to ensure you also receive answers to your support tickets from the Archlet chat in your inbox

Whitelisting the Archlet domain in Gmail

Sign in to your Gmail account and follow the steps illustrated below:

  2. Then click See all settings.
