Email invites or any notifications for sourcing events might be quarantined or end up in your spam or junk folder due to email rules, firewalls or filters.
Your organization could also have a filter that blocks any emails from non-approved domains. To make sure you (and your suppliers) receive sourcing event notifications and other Archlet emails, add the Archlet domain to your email account's whitelist.
The process of whitelisting a domain can vary depending on your email software and you might need to reach out to your administrator (see example email below).
Whitelisting the Archlet domain in Outlook
Sign in to the Outlook Web App and follow the steps illustrated below:
Find the βοΈ Settings icon in the top-right corner of the page
βClick View all Outlook settings.
βIn the Settings menu, choose the option Junk email in the section Mail.
In the Safe senders and domains section, click on Add and type in
archlet.ch
&app.archlet.io
βHit Enter and then click on Save.
βArchlet is now listed under Safe sender and domains
Repeat the process with the email domain
archlet.intercom-mail.eu
to ensure you also receive answers to your support tickets from the Archlet chat in your inbox
Whitelisting the Archlet domain in Gmail
Sign in to your Gmail account and follow the steps illustrated below:
Click the βοΈ Settings icon in the top-right corner
Then click See all settings.
βIn the horizontal Settings menu, click Filters and Blocked Addresses.
βUnder "The following filters are applied to all incoming mail", click Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter
archlet.ch
&app.archlet.io
and click Create filter.
βIn the When a message arrives that matches this search window, select the Never send it to Spam checkbox and confirm by clicking on Create filter.
βThis new rule is now listed in the Settings for Filters and Blocked Addresses
βRepeat the process with the email domain
archlet.intercom-mail.eu
to ensure you also receive answers to your support tickets from the Archlet chat in your inbox

If you are using the Archlet App to invite suppliers to sourcing events and analyze supplier bids:
Dear name,
The procurement department is using the SaaS-solution Archlet as
our Strategic Sourcing Platform.
To ensure that all automated and personal emails sent by the
Archlet Team and App are received and not filtered/quarantined,
could you please ensure that the Archlet domain is whitelisted?
Please whitelist the following domains in Outlook/Gmail:
- archlet.ch
- app.archlet.io
- archlet.intercom-mail.eu (for support tickets)
Could you please confirm once this has been done?
