How to Join a New Round & View Past Bids

How to participate in a new bidding round and download past bid sheets & feedback files

Open Your Email Invitation

If you are invited to an additional bidding round, you will receive an email notifying you that the sourcing organization has invited you to participate in the next round of the project.

To access the second round, simply click “Go to Project” in the email.

Check the Task List and New Documents

  1. Look for any new documents uploaded by the sourcing organization. These may contain important information for the round.

  2. Check the deadline for the new round.

  3. Review the Tasks list to see what actions are required.

    Note that the Questionnaire and Bid Sheet will be empty for the new round.

Find your submissions from previous rounds

Select the relevant Round

  1. In the Tasks list of your project overview, click Go to Bid Sheet

  2. In the Bid Sheet section, locate the round selector at the top right (next to the round deadline).

Open the dropdown and select the relevant round to view your bids for that round.

Download your Past Bid Sheet Versions

3. To download the bid sheet you submitted for that round, click “Download latest version” on the right-hand side.

In the dropdown, select the relevant file (e.g. the latest submitted version). The download will start automatically.

Note: The available files reflect what you submitted in the selected round.


View Feedback from the Sourcing Organization

  1. Use the round selector at the top right to choose the round where feedback was provided.

  2. To view feedback directly in the app, click “Show Feedback.” The Feedback column will appear in the bid sheet.

  3. To download the feedback, click “Download latest version” and select the Feedback file (listed at the bottom of the dropdown). The download will start automatically.

Note:

  • Feedback visibility and detail depend on how the buyer configured the project.

  • If editing is closed for the selected round, you may be able to view feedback but not make changes.
