How to log in to Archlet

Access Archlet and join your first sourcing project

You can log in only after receiving an invitation email from the sourcing organization. Open it, follow the link to set your password, and start using Archlet in minutes.

⚠️ Didn't receive an invitation email? Follow these steps!

❗ Important: Forwarded invitations won’t work — only the email address that originally received the invitation can log in.

🔐 Quick Login Steps

  1. Open your invitation email and click “Go to Project”.


  2. The link will open the Archlet login page in your browser. You’ll now be prompted to create your password.
    Enter your desired password, confirm it, and click “Activate new password.”

4. For following logins, you’ll see the standard login screen.
Make sure to enter the same email address that received the original invitation.

⚠️ Login Issues? Read This First

Can't find the invitation email?

  1. Search for an email sent by no-reply@archlet.ch in your Spam and Junk folders.

  2. Follow the instructions here to whitelist the Archlet domain to ensure emails from Archlet are not blocked.

  3. Double-check with the sourcing manager if they have your correct email address and ask them to re-invite you to the sourcing event.

You received the error message "Incorrect email address or password"?

  1. Use the email address where you received your invitation.
    ➡ Another email address will not work.

  2. If you forgot your password, follow the steps to reset your password.

You forgot your password?

Follow these steps to reset your password.

On the Archlet login page, enter the email address where you received your Archlet invitation.

Click on Forgot password?

Confirm your email address and click Continue.

You will receive an email with further instructions to follow. This might take up to 60 minutes, so please wait before you resend the email.

You will receive an email similar to this one from no-reply@archlet.ch:

Do not wait long to follow the link as it is only valid for some hours and activate a new password:

You reset your password but didn’t receive the reset email?

  1. Make sure you used the email address that your Archlet invitation was sent to.
    ➡ The message "Check your Email" does not mean you used the correct email.

  2. If you still have issues, contact us at support@archlet.ch.

Need access for yourself or a colleague?

Contact the sourcing manager listed in the invitation email to be added to the project and receive your own invite and account activation.

Has the invite link expired?

Do you see a screen like the one below?

Click on Back to Archlet App or immediately open one of the recommended web browsers and navigate to the Archlet App via the web link app.archlet.io/sign-in.

Now follow the steps to reset your password.

What browsers are recommended?

  • Google Chrome (preferred) - please use an up to date version.

  • Microsoft Edge - please use an up to date version.

  • Mozilla Firefox - please use an up to date version.

  • Brave - please use an up to date version.

📢. Important: Internet Explorer is not supported by the Archlet application.
