Log in to participate in a sourcing event in the Archlet application 💥

Welcome to Archlet!

First things first - you're probably wondering how to even get access to the Archlet App to participate in a sourcing event.

Your Event invite email

It's pretty easy! Just click on Go to Sourcing Event in the invite email you have been sent:

Is it the first time you are logging into Archlet?

Now you'll be asked to set your password. Set the password, confirm the password and click Activate new password.


Issues when logging in and activating your account

IMPORTANT

Has the invite email been forwarded to you? This means that only the email address where the invite email has been received actually has access and an active account on Archlet.

Do you or another colleague need access to the sourcing event?

Reach out to the contact listed in the invite email to be added to the project and receive your own invite and account activation.

You cannot find the invite email?

(1) Search for an email sent by no-reply@archlet.ch

(3) Double-check with the buyer if they have your correct email address and ask them to re-invite you to the sourcing event

Has the invite link expired?

Do you see a screen like the one below?

Click on Back to Archlet App or immediately open one of the recommended web browsers and navigate to the Archlet App via the web link app.archlet.io/sign-in.

Now enter your email address and click Continue.

Click on Forgot password?

Confirm your email address and click Continue.

You will receive an email with further instructions to follow. This might take up to 60 minutes, so please wait before you resend the email.

You will receive an email similar to this one from no-reply@archlet.ch:

Do not wait long to follow the link as it is only valid for some hours and activate a new password:

You have already logged into Archlet but forgotten your password?

Follow the steps above to reset your password.

💡 As a best practice, consider using a password manager to make your life easier and keep all passwords secured in one place.

📢. Important: Internet Explorer is not supported by the Archlet application.
