How to reset your password after you've forgotten it

We all have lots of passwords to remember. So it's understandable you've forgotten your password to the Archlet app.

Resetting your password should only take a few minutes when following the steps below

Navigate to the Archlet Ap, enter your email address an click continue.

On the next screen, simply click the Forgot Password? hyperlink below the password box.

Confirm or type in your registered email and then click continue.

You will see a confirmation screen that asks you to go to your email inbox.

Be on the look out for an email from the Archlet App sent by no-reply@archlet.ch. It will contain a hyperlink. Click on the link and set a new password in the screen that opens.

📢. Important: Be sure to change your password as soon as possible as the link is only valid temporarily.

If you don't click on the link in time (or have clicked on "Re-send email" again), the link to set a new password will be invalid:

If you click on the link in time, you will be redirected to a screen where you can set and confirm a password.

Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long, contains uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters for enhanced security.

If you don't create and set your password on the above screen in time, you will see the red banner "The ticket was expired". You will have to start the process again and click on Forgot password on the main login screen.

💡 Pro tip: Use a password manager suggested by your IT (security) team or a password manager built into your browser to have your login details quickly and easily accessible

I never got an email about resetting my password

Be sure to check your spam folder. Make sure to add no-reply@archlet.ch as a contact so to not miss out on these emails in the future.
