How to View Feedback on Competitiveness and Data Quality

Follow these quick steps to review your performance and gain insights into your competitiveness

Updated over a month ago

Log in to Archlet and Go to Bid Sheet Section

You received an email from the sourcing organization saying they’ve shared feedback on your submitted bids. Here’s how to locate that feedback.

1. Log in to Archlet using the same email address where you received the feedback notification email, along with the password you previously created.

Need help logging in? You can find the detailed Log In Instructions here.

2. Select the relevant project from the Projects Dashboard. In the Project Overview, click “Go to Bid Sheet” in the Tasks list on the right-hand side.

Select the relevant Round

3. In the Bid Sheet section, locate the round selector at the top right (next to the round deadline).

Open the dropdown and select the round where feedback was provided.

4. To view feedback directly in the app, click “Show Feedback.” The Feedback column will appear in the bid sheet.

5. To download the feedback, click “Download latest version” and select the Feedback file (listed at the bottom of the dropdown). The download will start automatically.

Types of Feedback

You may receive Feedback on either Data Quality or Competitiveness, and your email will specify which one.

Data Quality Feedback

If the sourcing manager wants you to review specific items, they will mark them in the feedback, which appears in the first column of the bid sheet under “Marked for Review.”

To focus only on these items, click the blue “Review x bids” link next to Data Quality Review at the top of the bid sheet.

If you want to change any values click the "Withdraw proposal to resubmit" button and follow these steps to resubmit your bid.

Competitiveness Feedback

If you have received feedback on your Competitiveness, you will see "Competitive Feedback" at the top of the bid sheet, along with how many bids received feedback.

The column name may show what the feedback refers to (e.g. total cost, unit price). It indicates how your offer compares to benchmarks, such as your price vs. the target price.

The level of detail may vary depending on how the buyer configured it.

You may see:

  • Traffic light indicators (e.g. red, yellow, green) showing how competitive your bid is (see above)

  • Custom brackets or scoring ranges defined by the buyer to help you interpret your performance

Filter Bids

Use filters to review bids by clicking on the filter icon within the review column:

Review Bids

  • Review bids that may need adjustment to align with target prices and your organization’s capabilities.

  • As long as you remain active in the different rounds of the project, you’ll be able to view the feedback from each round.

  • Use the Round filter to switch between rounds and check where feedback is available.

This allows you to easily track changes and respond accordingly throughout the project.

Your Next Steps Based on Round Status

Pay attention to the information provided by the buyer, as it will include instructions on your next steps.

If the round is open

  • Update your information directly in the Archlet bid sheet by clicking the "Withdraw proposal to resubmit" button and following these instructions.

If the round is closed

  1. Download the bid sheet via Download Latest Versions → Latest Feedback

  2. Apply the feedback in your own copy (outside the app)

  3. Send a chat message to the buyer to confirm the next steps

  4. If a second round is launched, upload your updated offer sheet with the feedback already incorporated
